Aaron joined SearchPartner in May of 2005; he is the director of research for the contact, assessment and evaluation of cleared technical professionals who may eventually become candidates for SearchPartner defense related electronics searches. Mr. Bogner held a TS/SCI clearance from 1993-1996 while serving as a signal systems specialist in the U.S. Army. He also served in Major General Tommy Franks' tactical operations center, 2 nd Infantry Division, in South Korea from 1995-1996. Since his military service, Aaron has worked managing and implementing process improvement in various areas within the automotive industry as well as work for a Fortune 500 Property and Casualty Insurer. He found that recognition for these achievements was not in proportion to their value and decided to improve that ratio for himself while, at the same time, learning to do this for others. Aaron is a graduate of Illinois Central College and is currently completing a degree in business management with a minor in economics and finance at Middle Tennessee State University. Aaron and his wife Meredith are the very proud parents of 3 year old Alex. |
