With 35 years of experience Clyde is a seasoned leader in human resources, staffing, employment and independent recruiting. His recruiting experience includes contingency, retained search and corporate staffing. He has serviced the aerospace, defense, information technology and manufacturing industries. Assignments have included executives, senior management, operations, sales, scientists, engineers and consultants in local, long distance and remote settings. Clyde's full life cycle recruiting skills deliver those hard to find "one of a kind" resources. Clients hiring candidates from him have also mentioned a greater than normal retention rate due to the detailed matching process which occurs during the selection phase. Over the years Clyde's roles have called upon him to train and develop recruiters. He has successfully trained fresh grads and experienced recruiters needing additional mentoring to be highly effective and successful. Many recruiters trained by him in the 70's, 80's, and 90's thru 2008 are operating successfully today. One of these recruiters is Dave Staats of SearchPartner. Clyde is a 4 year veteran of the USAF, having served at Langley AFB, Tactical Air Command Intelligence Division w/ TS/EBI. Also Alaskan Air Command, Eielson AFB, Command Center, Fairbanks, Alaska. He is married to his wife of 40 years Vicki; they have two grown daughters and five grandchildren. Clyde has a BS from Southern Illinois University with majors in Psychology and Economics. His early career consisted of teaching and an executive position with the Boy Scouts of America.
